Hahaha, those were a couple of quips we mentioned off the cuff when discussing the 'lessons learnt' from Saudia 163 and Air Ontario 1363 during Crew Resource Management training today.

MOE HQ. The latest example being the AWARE saga-induced investigations into sex education programmes, which revealed that MOE HQ people either do not read own guidelines or one department doesn't know what another department is doing.

Frankly, I've always thought that among all the ministries, MOE is really the most confused one and can challenge MINDEF for the one with the most number of morons.

NB: I mean MOE as in the ministry HQ per se, not teachers (although some of my teaching friends would agree that there are many morons there too!)
